What I Feel When I Walk

Walking on the floor with bare feet is too painful at this point. I use nice cushy open shoes in the house, and my new sneaks outside. (with ace bandage around my ankle.)

While these plates do not exist in my foot, this is what it feels like if I walk barefoot on the floor. It feels as though I have these two platelets under my soles. It hurts as if there isn't enough 'meat' under my soles to cushion them. They feel sharp and it hurts.

This is a visual representation of the hardware actually in my foot. 7 screws, (there is a narrow plate used with the 6 screws) for the bone graph.
