You seem to have a really good range of motion. I'm at 11 weeks and I can't bend my big toe all the way - it's as if it gets stuck at the toe knuckle and can't bend like it used to (it actually hurts a little too). I can barely move the rest of my toes, much less bend them like you did in this video.
At what point did you start bending your toes? I know you started your fourth toe exercises at 9 weeks but I wasn't sure about the rest of your toes.
How long would you say that it took you to get that range of motion? Do you think that the fact that you were in a boot much earlier than you should have helped with your range of motion?
Your video motivates me because my foot/toes are pretty stiff and I'm hoping that I can get to the range you show in this video in a couple of weeks! I just got put in a boot (non weight-bearing) a little over 1 week ago.
Hi Mitavalle, If anything, I would think that I would have worse range of motion than you because I had bunionectomies with my Brachy surgery.
But what you are describing to me doesn't alarm me because I remember my pinky toe wouldn't budge at all, no matter how much my brain would try to bend it. It took a long time but it's fine now. So I think your toes will be fine too.
Well, the fact that I wore a boot way earlier than I was suppose to might have something to do with it, but not too much because I still didn't put it on the floor and use it for walking. I stayed off my foot for a full 12 weeks.
I had to do exercises for my Brachy joint and my Big toe joint. It all seemed slow to me but it does get better if you are consistent.
I started TRYING to bend my toes at around 7 weeks I think.

I think you're doing fine at 11 weeks. Your toes and foot will be tender and stiff for a few more months. Keep exercising, it will pay off. ;o)
