Pre-Surgery Tests Are Done

(MERRY CHRISTMAS!)
My pre-tests are done. Before doing so however, I did contact my surgeon's office and ask if getting these tests done 8 wks before was ok. (Some hospitals have stipulations about the timing of surgery-clearance results). Eddie told me there would be no problem (I have that in writing), so I went ahead and had it done at an internist's office. (I didn't know any internists, so my OBGYN recommended someone.)

It's the holidays so hopefully by Jan 3rd, the results will be faxed to my surgeon. My flight is booked and the only thing I am concentrating on now is me— my health. I'm making very specific efforts to detoxify myself in a balanced way. Physically, mentally, emotionally, etc. To prepare myself mentally and spiritually for the surgery itself and post-op.

There may be traveling stresses, physical pain, and emotional events in store. I'd like to be as prepared as I can to handle them all intelligently, patiently, and happily. I just feel I need to do this.

So that's it for now. Stay well my friends!
